Most of our tickets are delivered within 15 minutes of purchase. Some require manual processing and can take up to 30 minutes. Once your tickets are ready, you will be able to access them via the email we send you. If you have not received your tickets within one hour of making your payment, please check your email account and your spam folder to see if you have received any communication from us; if you have not received any, please contact our customer service.
